Overview:

The Beaver First Nation’s Child & Family Services Administration Building was modeled for NECB 2017 compliance. This included the primary building and garage, using Fort McMurray’s climate data for modeling.

   o Simulated baseline and proposed cases using EnergyPlus.
   o Enhanced envelope design with high-performance thermal insulation and fenestration.
